Nature of Services

FlyCalm provides educational consultations about aviation and flying conducted by experienced airline pilots. These sessions are designed to help individuals understand the mechanics of flight and reduce anxiety through knowledge.

Important: FlyCalm consultations are NOT therapy, medical treatment, or mental health services. Our pilots are aviation professionals, not licensed therapists or medical practitioners.

Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be paid in full at the time of scheduling
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 24+ hours before the appointment: Full refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: No refund
• No-shows: No refund
• Rescheduling is available up to 24 hours before your appointment

Session Requirements

For video consultations (Zoom sessions):

• Stable internet connection required
• Working camera and microphone recommended
• Quiet environment for best experience

For in-person simulator sessions:

• Must arrive at the NYC location at the scheduled time
• Valid ID may be required

Limitation of Liability

FlyCalm and its instructors are not liable for any decisions you make regarding air travel. Our consultations are educational in nature and do not guarantee any specific outcomes regarding fear or anxiety reduction.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and information provided during consultations are the property of FlyCalm and may not be recorded, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
